HOW TO DIFFERENTIATE A BRAND IN A DIGITAL SPACE WITH THE AID OF A WELL THOUGHT OUT STRATEGY AND A MODERN DESIGN?

Market AS is a chain of stores that has under its roof a dozen retail outlets in Banja Luka, Celinac and Gradiska. Also, the market is known for the AS Home market where buyers can find everything for their home and the AS Plus market where they can buy cosmetic or beauty products.

All this differentiation of the products and different sub-brands of the same brand posed a certain challenge for us. Our task was to clearly and concisely set that sub-brand differentiation with respect to the brand so that it would be as simple and clear as possible to people. The first step was to create a modern website that will optimally achieve the above goals and become the basis of digital branding in the future.

The website had to be easy to use, with striking graphics and clear sub-brand differentiation: AS HOME AND AS PLUS.

After many tried and tested ideas, we decided to go with standard paralax team of the website that would best meet the goals. The design of the site itself was extensive because of the large amount of information and needs that needed to be combined. The website was supposed to have photos, promotional videos, catalogs, blogs, cooking recipes from the FB site (more about rebranding the fb page below), job opportunities, sub-branding information, locations, news and of course contact information.

The second step was to create and brand a new Fb site called Market AS, because at that moment there were two market as home and market as plus pages. We needed one big one to be a digital brand representative and unify all the sub-brands.

Doing this facilitated the branding process itself, since it is much easier to brand one whole than 3 separate pieces. In agreement with our client, it was decided to change the Market AS Facebook page and use it as a basis for branding under the name Market AS.

Subsequently, a promotion strategy was created through the new Facebook page and the development of graphic materials and key marketing messages began around which the digital brand should be focused.

As a result of the activities carried out, a new Market AS Facebook page has emerged which, without promotion, is growing every day and currently has close to 15,000 followers.
